Coupons and Promotions

To redeem coupon codes online, you must enter your coupon code in your shopping cart while checking out. You will find the promo code field on the lower left part of the page, just below your last item. Don't forget to click apply. Your price will adjust with the use of a valid coupon code.

Coupon codes and promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon or group discount. No adjustments on previous purchases. Coupons and promotions offered may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

What is your Pickup Policy?

At this time pick up is not available.

Payment and Shipping

At MBM Collectionz and Blanks, we believe in delivering your order to you as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a fee of $10 USD will be charged to reship the package for domestic U.S. shipments. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

​Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice, Orders over $150 shipping will be free. Typically we ship daily. Orders will ship USPS. Drop shipments or special order of non-stock items may incur additional freight charges.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We also offer PayPal and Sezzle. You will still check out on our site, but you will be able to select payment and shipping options from the saved information in your Paypal/ Sezzle account.

Can I exchange my order?

We can issue a merchandise credit so you can place the new order, or we can help facilitate the exchange process. Please give us a chat or email and we will gladly help with this process.

What is your return policy?


Return Policy:

If you feel that you’ve received damaged merchandise, or are missing items in your package, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can take steps to replace or repair your product.

Please check your package immediately upon receipt to confirm all ordered items are included. If items are missing or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will expedite the shipment of your replacement items. Beyond 3 days of delivery but up to 10 days after delivery, we will replace any missing or damaged merchandise at our expense and freight shipment, but any expedited shipment fees are at the buyer's expense. After 10 days post-delivery, MBM Collectionz & Blankz is not required to replace or credit for any damaged or missing merchandise in your shipment. If items are damaged, we may need photos showing the damage to properly file a claim for credit. Please retain any damaged product until after you have received your replacement products. 

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item, damaged item, faulty item?

We always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit.

Please email support@mbmcollectionz.com with the following info:

1 - Your name, e-mail, and best contact number

2 - Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)

3 - Picture of the item if damaged

We will get a new item to you or issue a store credit. 

Merchandise must be exchanged within 5 days from your date of purchase. 

The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer customization of your blanks items?

Yes, we do! However, we prefer keeping the site for the blanks only and if you interested in getting customize work done, please check out our custom site www.mbmcollectionz.com. MBM Collectionz is our company that does tshirts, hats, promotional item and much more. If you have specific items you want customize leave a message on that site and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you sell bulk items at a discount?

Yes! Our discounts runs typically only on units over 50 to 100 pieces depending on the item. We have a section on this site where you can purchase specific items in bulk that we have many times in our warehouse if you interested in a particular item send us a note to support@mbmcollectionz.comMany times it do require a longer wait than typical depending on your quantity size and availability.

How do I order an item that is sold out?

Some of our products are in a more demand than others. We don't hold products so if you know we carry something and its sold out send us a message. We can either offer a presale option so you guaranteed the product, or you can sign up for our newsletter and be notified when a new shipment of our products get updated.
