➤ Dye Sublimation works with WHITE or LIGHT COLOR polyester fabrics or hard goods SPECIALLY COATED for dye sublimation technology. 100% poly will provide the best, most vivid, full color results. Poly blends are okay, but keep in mind the more polyester the better! (we recommend at least 50% poly)
If you want to order FULL COLOR PROCESS be aware we will print every color in your file, do not upload background colors. Use white only where you wish to have white printed.
➤ Dye Sublimation does NOT have White ink and does NOT image dark / black fabrics. Any white in your graphic will be void of color (no ink). Shirt color will show in white areas of your graphic. Sublimation can only be printed on white or light colored products and prints in CMYK or RGB without white ink, this means it cannot be printed on dark colored products.
➤ 100% cotton, hemp, wool, or natural fabrics WILL NOT image with Dye Sublimation.
➤ NO IRON!! Sublimation transfers are not iron-on transfers! A heat press is required!
➤ We do not charge extra for multiple files on the same sheet. Fill up your transfer area how you want - with the same images, different images or one large image. It's completely up to you!

TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS
These are simply my recommendations for a successful press. The lint rolling and tearing/cutting around image is a MUST and so is your pre press and parchment paper. Tearing around the image rids of any excess ink that is not visible to the eye and it also helps soften press lines.
1. Set temperature to 385-400 degrees Fahrenheit. (I do 385)
2. Set timer to 45 to 65 seconds. (my preferred pressing time is 60 seconds) With this I get very vibrant colors.
3. Set Pressure at light to medium. You will have to find what works best for what material your pressing. (I use medium)
4. Place shirt on heat press, lint roll and press for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
5. Lint roll again if necessary
6. Be sure to place a sheet of UNWAXED Parchment/ Butcher paper between the shirt to protect from blow outs.
7. MAKE SURE TO TEAR/CUT AROUND YOUR IMAGE!!! Tear around your design, tearing makes softer edges and can get rid of any ink on the edge of the paper that may not be visible until pressed.(this can happen no matter who you purchase your transfers from)
8. Place paper face down on shirt and tape down with heat tape to prevent ghosting.
9. Cover with non stick sheet (parchment paper)
10. Press your shirt
11. Remove paper immediately and lint roll like a mad person over the press lines
